The uniqueness of Mountain Top Theological Seminary (MTTS) amidst the numerous theological schools across the globe has been revealed, as the institute held its first ever students’ week after 18 years of its existence.

The school, which is one of the visions of the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries worldwide, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, in depopulating the kingdom of darkness by winning souls for God has continued to yield positive results, with the setting up of MTTS, the institution that is reclaiming its role in recent months, with the current leadership.

Making the peculiarity of MTTS known during a press briefing organised by the institute, as part of the commencement of its students’ week on Friday, the Provost of the School, Dr. Tunde Oyewole, reiterated the difference between MTTS and other seminaries.

According to him, “In MTTS, we do not only teach students of the importance of Bible studying, we also train them total experience of the Bible, which is deliverance. As part of the teachings of MFM on developing people for spiritual warfare, we ensure that students experience the utmost power amidst challenges confronting the country and the world at large.

“Other theological seminaries are teaching the knowledge of the Holy Bible but in MTTS, we teach sound doctrines, backed with total deliverance, in line with the vision of Dr. Daniel Olukoya. We go beyond other seminaries’ reach, because we are deep-rooted in Bible studying and practical deliverance of lives in line with the vision of G.O.

“While focusing on the Word of God, which is the utmost instrument for receiving and sustaining the fire and power of God, because in-dwelling of the Word of God in one will bring cleansing. As one will not be able to use the Word of God without full knowledge, we teach students on the essence of the Word and the application of the Word of God for them to enjoy the power,” Oyewole said.

The chairman, planning committee, Reverend (Dr.) M.A. Akintola, said the press briefing was to intimate the public of the activities of the school. “MTTS has been able to weather the storm of challenges in the past 18 years of our existence.

“This school is meant for total empowerment of the Christian with the kind of teachings on the use of the Word of God and solely dependent on the Word of God, which will equip the participants to overcome any obstacles and also make them to stand-out in whichever area they find themselves. We must not allow the fire to go down.

“MTTS has taken a new shape after years of silence and is now a formidable seminary, taking the leadership that belongs to us, in the vision of Mountain Top through this MTTS,” Akintola declared.
